The Waterwise 9000 is our personal choice in distiller, mainly because it is manufactured in the USA. We also like the way it looks! Children can help themselves to clean, pure water with the easy push button spigot. Children under the age of 4 or so may not be strong enough to push the button, preventing unwanted messes.

The Waterwise 9000 is very simple to use. Behind the blue container, you can see the red light/start button on the boiler. You simply fill the boiler up with tap water, push it into the casing, push the start button and put your storage container in place. Within 3-4 hours, you will have a gallon of the best water you've ever tasted! No assembly, installation or hookups required! Just plug it in and you are ready to go!

What is carbon post filtration?

Post filtration is used as a final treatment to effectively remove VOCs (volatile organic chemicals). It significantly reduces trihalomethanes, synthetic organic compounds such as pesticides and hydrocarbons, and petrochemical byproducts such as benzene, toluene, and methyl tertiary-butyl ether (MTBE).

Why is posttreatment needed?

To remove contaminants that may carry across in the steam. Carbon posttreatment ensures high purity water after the distillation process is completed.
